Many small businesses and entrepreneurs request a specific charge per month in exchange for a predetermined set of legal services. It’s like a legal insurance policy. Small businesses and entrepreneurs can contact our firm on non-litigation, non-crisis matters, and to save money in the long run by engaging in more preventive legal action. A discount is provided for additional legal services not covered under the basic agreement.
